Step 2: 

Notify Your Account Representative that you are ready to move forward by simply signing the Customer Acceptance at the bottom of the quote they have provided you and either fax back to 704.536.2751 or scan and email a copy back to your Account Representative. 

Your Account Representative will work with you on establishing an account with us and begin working with you on YOUR card design.

 

Step 3:

            Creating YOUR Card Design(s):

Fill out and submit our simple online card design form (click here)  to let us know your requirements.  If you would prefer to print a copy of our form, you can download the form (click here). 

Or you can work directly with your Account Representative who will take your information over the phone.

You are now ready to email your Logo, in a high resolution graphic file, include any PMS color numbers you would like us to match.  Email to either your Account Representative or sales@integratedid.com

 

Step 4:

In approximately 1 – 2 Business Day(s) a PROOF will be sent to you for your review and an
            Approval Form
for your authorization:

                        Proof Options:  

1. Actual Hard Copy Card Proof will be sent to you for layout and color approval.

2. If you are under a short deadline time frame we can provide you with an Email Proof and
                Approval for layout approval.
 

 

Step 5: 

If you are completely happy with the Proof and would like to move forward simply signing the Approval Form and either fax back to 704.536.2751 or scan and email a copy back to your Account Representative.

If you still need to see some changes or adjustments – we will make those adjustments for you – simply sign the appropriate line on the Approval Form and let us know what changes you would like to see, and we will send another Proof to your attention for approval. 

Once we have received your Proof Approval we are ready to go to Production!

 

Step 6: 

Send Your Information:

Data can be submitted using an excel spreadsheet Click Here for a sample excel file. 
Please remember to save the excel spreadsheet with your data entry information before emailing it back.

                        Save your photos as the same photo name or number that you have listed on your spreadsheet. 

Data and or Images can be sent to us via the following methods:   

  • Sent in on a CD

  • Sent in on a DVD

  • Uploaded to our FTP Site

  • Email – 5MB Limit

 

STEP 7:         

                       Production:    Your Account Representative can provide an accurate estimate on when your
                                                order will be shipping.

Badges will be produced and shipped to your specified location.

Available Ship Methods:
                        Federal Express, UPS or *US Mail

*US Mail does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation, we are not liable for this method of delivery a signed waiver will be requested.
