How do I submit a technical support request online?

Please fill out all fields in the Technical Support Request Form on the right side and submit.   The request will be sent via e-mail to our Support team who will call you back as soon as possible.

How do I make a service request during business hours?

Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, please call (704) 536-4995, Extension 106. Your call will be immediately directed to a member of our support team. If all lines are busy, please leave a detailed message (including your name and phone number) and our support team will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may also make a service request online by completing the form on this page.

How do I make a service request during non-business hours?

In case of a technical emergency, please call (704) 560-5228 and leave a detailed message. You will be phoned by our on-call support team as soon as they are available to help you.  Please note, you will be charged for this call.
