HID warrants to the End User that the product enclosed with this Limited Warranty statement and used in the country of purchase will conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Upon Online Registration, this product is eligible for an Extended Warranty of three (3) years from date of original purchase.
Under normal use and service for the INK Series, HID warrants that the product will be free from defects and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Upon Online Registration, this product is eligible for an Extended Warranty for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
FARGO INK1000 Cartridge
End User must install cartridge within twelve (12) months of the manufacturing/listed fill date on the label. The warranty covers six (6) months of usage from the date of first installation. HID may be unable to respond to a warranty claim if the printer is not continuously powered on to allow automated system maintenance of print heads/cartridges and End Customer may be required to purchase replacement print heads/cartridges.
